Job Description
We are urgently in need of Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks. Checking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness. Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards. Respond to customer complaints and special requests. Evaluate housekeeping staff on the basis of performance. Ensure all the rules are being followed properly. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS With minimum 2 years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor. Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks in Hotel industry. Excellent organizational and team management skills. Physically active and healthy to perform difficult tasks. Effective communication skills. Available immediately Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
