Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise room attendants and public area cleaners.
Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
Ensure cleaning standards and schedules are followed.
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for room status updates.
Train and support housekeeping staff.
Manage inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping supervision.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
