,1. Qualifications

Work experience as a Team Leader or similar role
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Excellent team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Knowledgeable in inventory and audit
Highly responsible & reliable
\xc2\xb7Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards, protocol and sanitation regulations

2. :

\xc2\xb7 Supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms in hotels and similar establishments.
\xc2\xb7 Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis
Checking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
\xc2\xb7 Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
\xc2\xb7 Conduct inventories as per company system
\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
\xc2\xb7 Respond to customer complaints and special requests
\xc2\xb7 Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards

Experience:

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
