Dhobee Laundry , Ras Al Khaimah is looking for a smart lady & experienced Housekeeping supervisor to manage our current Housekeeping team.
Roles & Responsibilities include
1. Self Experience in Housekeeping is a must to manage & Train our existing Housekeeping staff to give the best quality service experience to our customers
2. Must have good sense of logistics management to minimise fuel costs & pre planning of staff schedule as per Customers requirements
3. Meet Customers periodically & encourage them for our Monthly , Yearly contracts
4. Manage the cash flow, collections , due collections from customers or staff to avoid financial losses after work done.
5. Must be well versed to communicate with customers in English & Arabic.
6. Must possess Strong relationship building qualities with customers & motivate them to be regular monthly clients.
7. Carry a strong sense of Honesty & Integrity towards clients & company.
8, Must Train new staff & encourage them for better services always in line with the company policies.
