We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and support our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, a passion for cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and excellent team leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas Assign tasks and inspect completed work to ensure standards are met Train and guide housekeeping staff in cleaning techniques, safety, and hotel policies Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen stock Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for room readiness and repairs Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards Handle guest requests and resolve complaints efficiently Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a hotel Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus) Please send your resume/CV
