Job Description
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Graduate degree or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in Housekeeping operations, demonstrating leadership and strategic planning abilities. Skills & Certifications:
BICS Certified (British Institute of Cleaning Science) or equivalent professional certification.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations and find effective solutions.
Strong proactive and customer-oriented approach, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
Key Competencies:
Effective team management and the ability to oversee large projects with diverse teams.
Strong communication skills to coordinate between clients, contractors, and internal staff.
Experience with project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
Ability to stay updated on industry best practices and standards.
Expertise in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments.
