Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at IIQAF. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department. This role requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining a clean and well-organized environment. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring all staff members understand and adhere to company standards and policies. Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing training to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. Develop and implement schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage and service levels are maintained. Perform regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and ensure timely resolution. Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and provide feedback for housekeeping team members. Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure housekeeping operations run smoothly. Monitor and maintain a high level of sanitation and organization in all areas of the hotel. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel setting. Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of housekeeping cleaning techniques and procedures. Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays if needed. High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certification preferred.
