POSITION
Housekeeping Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES
Allocate work tasks to Housekeepers
Host daily meetings
Train housekeeping staff
Maintain an eye for detail
Assist guests or patients with queries and requests
Be flexible to assist where required
Report maintenance defects
Issue work equipment and maintain stock
Keep records
Provide excellent guest service noting many will be VIP
Keep to the procedures, policies and protocols of the company brand
