At least with 1 year experience as a Floor Supervisor in a hotel.
Ability to lead and supervise a team.
With strong communication skills
Good customer service and ability to handle guest complaints and concerns.
Have a working knowledge of the opera system.
Team player, flexible and dependable.
Knowledge and experience in using Opera system
Willing to work in shifts
Ability to handle guest requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
