Housekeeping Supervisor - Job Responsibility
(SALARY 2000-2500)
- Giving instructions or orders to subordinate 20+ Housekeeping Staff and 3 Team Leaders.
- Organise staff Daily Schedule and manage work flow
- Hands-on experience with cleaning
- Providing training to the housekeeping staff. Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
- Eye for detail and accuracy in checking the Guest room after the cleaning
- Ensure the housekeeping team follow the standard procedure.
- Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
- Ensure great customer service at all levels.
- Improving efficiency and planning for effective use of Manpower.
- Improve consumable usage and use of appropriate consumables
- Improve the systems and Process along with efficient
- Customer complaint Handling
Requirements
- UAE Driving license preferred
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Hotel/ Holiday Homes - 2 years minimum
- Computer literacy.
- Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
