Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Schedule and assign daily tasks to team members, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and supply usage. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Assist with driving the company minivan for transporting staff or supplies as needed.
