We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping staff.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Assign duties, prepare duty rosters, and manage staff attendance.
Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members.
Ensure proper use and control of cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment.
Report maintenance issues and follow up with Engineering for timely resolution.
Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with Front Office for room status updates and priorities.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in a similar role in a hotel environment.
Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or Housekeeping (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the UAE hospitality industry
Knowledge of hotel PMS
