Job Description
Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Salary: 5,000 - 7,000 AED per month
We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
? ?Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff
? ?Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff
? ?Monitor and inspect all rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
? ?Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
? ?Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
? ?Create and maintain cleaning schedules and checklists
? ?Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
Planning/scheduling of the Housekeeping staffs everyday
Qualifications:
? ?Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role
? ?Strong leadership and communication skills
? ?Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
? ?Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
? ?Excellent organizational and time management skills
REQUIRED: DRIVING LICENSE
