Key Responsibilities:
Supervise room attendants and public area attendants
Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and quality standards
Train and monitor staff performance
Prepare daily HK reports
Coordinate with Front Office & Maintenance teams
Ensure all SOPs are followed consistently
Requirements:
Mandatory:
UAE hotel experience as HK Supervisor
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Good communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and fast-paced guest check-ins
Ready to join immediately (preferred)
