Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure hotel quality standards
Assign cleaning tasks and manage room turnaround times
Train new staff and maintain a positive team environment
Handle guest requests and ensure exceptional service
Monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,900.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
