Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple properties.
Conduct
quality checks
before releasing units.
Assign and monitor cleaners' schedules, job cards, and attendance.
Train staff on grooming, cleaning procedures, and product use.
Coordinate with the operations and client support teams for smooth handovers.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and linen movement.
Report damages, maintenance issues, and client feedback promptly.
Support in onboarding new cleaners and evaluating team performance.
Requirements
Minimum
2-3 years experience
in housekeeping supervision (hotel, facility, or holiday home background preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good command of English
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Ability to manage time, multiple jobs, and team members efficiently.
