About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable

Housekeeping Supervisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including room attendants and cleaners. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities for cleanliness and maintenance issues. Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping team members. Assign daily cleaning duties and manage work schedules. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly. Prepare and submit reports on room status, maintenance needs, and staff performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality or Housekeeping certification preferred). Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning products, procedures, and safety standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
