We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced

Housekeeping Supervisor

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage a team and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and assign tasks to housekeeping staff and inspect work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met. Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Inspect rooms regularly to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues. Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and guest service standards. Manage staff schedules, monitor performance, and addressing any disciplinary issues. Control inventory of cleaning supplies, ensure adequate stock levels are maintained, and provide reports to superiors. Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints regarding housekeeping services. Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, performance reviews, and incident reports. Ensure compliance with all hotel safety and security policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. A Driving license is a bonus.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is desirable.
