We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented

Housekeeping Supervisor

to oversee and manage daily cleaning and maintenance operations at assigned sites or facilities. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure that all cleaning standards are met efficiently.

Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company and client standards. Prepare and manage staff duty rosters, monitor attendance, and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning quality, equipment functionality, and compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. Train and guide staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, chemical handling, and safety procedures. Maintain and monitor inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and consumables, ensuring proper storage and stock control. Coordinate with maintenance, security, and other departments to ensure smooth facility operations. Prepare daily and weekly performance reports and submit them to management. Address client and management feedback promptly, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Drive to multiple project sites as required to supervise and manage cleaning operations. Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills. Excellent knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and equipment usage. Good communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage). Ability to maintain cleanliness standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email). Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Immediate joiners only.

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader in the UAE (preferably in facilities management, hospitality, or cleaning services). Strong understanding of cleaning schedules, inspection standards, and health & safety practices. Physically fit and willing to work in shifts and at multiple client sites as required. Must possess a valid UAE residence visa, visit visa, or cancellation status.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
