We are seeking a

Housekeeping Supervisor

with

valid UAE Driver license

ot oversee the daily operations of multiple short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage housekeeping staff, ensure quality standards, and support smooth guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise housekeeping teams across multiple properties. Inspect and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards. Manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities. Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and upkeep. Train, schedule, and monitor housekeeping staff. Prepare and maintain housekeeping reports and checklists. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Support guest satisfaction by ensuring properties are guest-ready at all times. Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor (hospitality, hotels, or serviced apartments preferred).
