Eco Drive Driving School is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our school presents a spotless, safe, and welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand's commitment to excellence and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Training:

Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of housekeeping staff. Schedule shifts, assign duties, and conduct regular training on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

Quality Control & Inspection:

Perform daily inspections of all areas, including classrooms, offices, restrooms, lobbies, and driver training vehicles, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities. Place orders in a timely manner and within budget.

Procedure Development:

Develop, implement, and maintain efficient cleaning checklists and procedures tailored to the unique needs of a driving school environment.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure all cleaning practices comply with health and safety regulations (e.g., proper chemical handling, wet floor signage). Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.

Customer Service:

Interact professionally with staff and students, addressing any housekeeping-related concerns promptly and courteously.

Hands-On Cleaning:

Participate in cleaning duties as needed, especially during peak times or staff shortages.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (2+ years) in a housekeeping supervisor role. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Keen attention to detail and a pride in delivering exceptional results. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and standing for extended periods.
