Manage daily assignments and monthly inventories for room attendants, including linen, cleaning, and guest supplies. Ensure complete shift handovers, timely reporting of discrepancies, and attendance at required briefings. Control usage and prevent misuse of guest amenities, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and linen. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the housekeeping department.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Previous supervisory experience in a housekeeping or hospitality setting preferred Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Physically able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs Excellent customer service skills
