Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
Assign duties and inspect work to ensure high cleanliness standards.
Schedule and coordinate shifts to ensure proper coverage.
Address employee concerns and provide performance feedback.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Ensure all rooms, common areas, and restrooms are cleaned and well-maintained.
Monitor the use of cleaning supplies and request restocking when needed.
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
Quality & Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
Implement and enforce sanitation policies.
Inventory & Supplies Management:
Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment.
Maintain an inventory of cleaning materials and ensure timely replenishment.
Guest & Staff Interaction:
Respond to guest/staff complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain housekeeping records, including attendance, work schedules, and reports.
Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Coordinate with the management team for special cleaning projects.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
