Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff across various zones of the construction site
Inspect areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
Oversee the inventory and usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Train new housekeeping staff and ensure compliance with SOPs and site regulations
Liaise with facility management and site teams to address cleaning priorities and concerns
Maintain cleaning schedules and respond to urgent cleaning needs (e.g. spills, debris removal)
Prepare daily/weekly reports on housekeeping operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid
Housekeeping Supervisor License
(UAE-approved)
Prior
experience in facility management
specifically within construction sites
Excellent knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical safety, and equipment handling
Strong communication and team management skills
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to site-specific conditions
Familiarity with SIRA or related regulatory compliance (if applicable)
