As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all housekeeping operations run smoothly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, provide training, and ensure guest satisfaction through attention to detail and excellent service. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel housekeeping operations, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas. Manage, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service are maintained. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and ensure the proper use of equipment and materials. Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with quality standards. Report and follow up on maintenance issues in rooms and common areas. Ensure guest requests and special instructions are met efficiently. Assist with scheduling shifts and managing the housekeeping team's workflow. Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall guest satisfaction. Maintain and enforce company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality industry. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial position within the housekeeping department. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently. Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in the hospitality industry. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Preferably from Nepal, India, and Philippines
