We are looking for a House Keeping Supervisor

Location: - Dubai

Join our team as Housekeeping Supervisor, where we are committed to delivering exceptional guests experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

? Supervise and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping team.

? Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.

? Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing constructive feedback and support.

? Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to ensure efficiency.

? Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

? Strong knowledge on Housekeeping logistic and Inventory control Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure availability for daily operations.

? Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:-

? Must be Bachelor Degree Holder in Hotel Management

? Proven experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 Year in a supervisory role.

? Strong leadership and organizational skills.

? Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

? Proficiency in Opera PMS, HotLync software, added advantage

? Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
