, and comfortable working outside of traditional 9-to-5 schedules. You will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring service quality, and acting as a key liaison between the team and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping team members at multiple locations; assign duties and follow up to ensure completion.
Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, employee performance, and adherence to company standards.
Lead by example, willing to roll up sleeves when necessary to maintain service excellence.
Schedule and track staff attendance, replacements, and shift planning via internal apps or software.
Train new employees on cleaning standards, customer service, and company protocols.
Address client concerns or complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Submit regular reports on team performance, incidents, and operational issues to management.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely restocking.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Use tech tools for reporting, team coordination, and job tracking.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Valid UAE driver's license.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy, able to use mobile apps, and digital reporting tools.
Flexible with work hours, including weekends, evenings, or emergency calls.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
