K4 Technical Services LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in housekeeping within the UAE and possess good English-speaking skills.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff in cleaning procedures and company standards.
Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and ensure compliance with standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Create and manage staff schedules.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain health and safety standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience in the UAE.
Good English-speaking skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
