Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our IIQAF team. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations at IIQAF, ensuring that all standards of cleanliness and safety are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and people skills, a passion for housekeeping, and an understanding of the importance of team collaboration.

- Lead, manage, train and motivate a team of housekeepers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and supplies to perform their duties
- Ensure that housekeeping services meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations, including laundry, inventory control, and preventative maintenance
- Perform daily inspections of all public and storage areas to ensure they are up to standards
- Maintain records of supplies, purchasing and inventory
- Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers, employees and staff
- Work with the rest of the team to ensure an efficient and professional housekeeping service
- Implement housekeeping policies and procedures
- Ensure proper documentation of housekeeping tasks
- Inspect buildings and equipment for maintenance and upkeep
- Organize and participate in team meetings
- Assist with other related tasks, as needed
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols and standards
- Ability to work independently and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for housekeeping and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Hotel Management Software, and POS Systems
