Job Summary: Looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Oversee the housekeeping team to ensure all daily operational matters are handled on time
Supervise the daily operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed
Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the proper areas
Assign areas for cleaning as per schedules and monitors the cleaning process
Make sure vacant rooms are cleaned on time, check them on completion of cleaning, and report back to housekeeping once completed
Make sure room attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section
Assign workers their duties and inspect work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
Conduct any other related duties as will be assigned

Job Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in supervising housekeeping operations
Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques as well as equipment operation required
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and management
Must be familiar with health and safety regulations and willing to adhere to them
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
