Job Summary: Looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Oversee and train a team of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance as well as providing feedback to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate and prioritize housekeeping duties such as cleaning, vacuuming, dusting as well as sanitizing, to meet established standards and schedules
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and place orders as needed to ensure an adequate supply at all times
• Train and educate housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures as well as customer service standards
• Handle guest requests, complaints as well as inquiries promptly and professionally, striving to resolve any issues to guest satisfaction
• Carry out regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to housekeeping staff
• Monitor and control departmental expenses including labor and supplies, to meet budgetary requirements
• Undertake any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The suitable candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the housekeeping field
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment and chemicals
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
