What you will be doing:

Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and carry out inspection before releasing the rooms.

Ensure the room attendants are following sequence of cleaning as per SOP.

Ensure VIP amenities are in the room before guest\xe2\x80\x99s arrival.

Ensure extra bed and extra amenities are in room before the guest\xe2\x80\x99s arrival as per the traces.

Conducts daily inspection of team members grooming.

Inspects all guest rooms, corridors, and stores daily to ensure highest standard of cleanliness maintained.

Conduct on-the-job training for all Room Attendants.

Maintains effective employee relations at all the times.

Checks and maintains equipment and machines used.

Proper handover and takeover of the incoming and outgoing shifts.

Report all Lost & Found items to HouseKeeping desk.

Train attendants constantly, supervise work performance and working habits.

Prepare inventory for room linen and supplies.

Coordinates repair and maintenance schedule of rooms.

Supports and assists coordinator in all room requirements in order to effectively maintain colleague needs.
