Housekeeping Supervisor required urgently for a reputed Five Star Luxury Hotel in Dubai:

Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position with the hotels /leisure/hospitality industry
A successful track record of managing a large team.
High level of commercial awareness and cost control capabilities
Previous experience managing a department and Profit and Loss account.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent grooming standards
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Strong organizational, budget management, and problem-solving skills
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
Familiar with Property Management Systems
