Housekeeping Jobs in Dubai 2022 | IHG Hotels Careers: A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the standards of cleanliness are met. They assign tasks, inspect work to ensure it's up to standard, and provide training on how to best handle customers' requests. Implementation and maintenance of brand standards and standard operating procedures. Conducting market and competitor analysis. Ensures forwarding and receiving of all information pertaining to the department in order to maintain set standards. Responsible for entering accurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies. Maintains and update administrative data. Maintains working area and equipment in a proper state of cleanliness and repair. Complies with hotel's health, safety and hygiene policies and adheres to conduct personnel grooming and hygiene standards
