Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for Housekeeping Floor supervisor who is responsible for supervising room attendants to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while monitoring housekeeping standards and assisting the Housekeeping In charge. Main Responsibilities : -Supervises the housekeeping team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
-Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort
-Delivers on plans and objectives where housekeeping initiatives & hotel targets are achieved
-Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
-Takes ownership of the departmental programmes that advance service standards, profitability and cost control Requirements:
-Prior experience in a similar role with an international brand for a minimum of 2 years
-Strong supervisory and managerial skills
-Ability to engagement & interact positively with the Guests
-Ability to find creative solutions
-Strong communication skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED1,800.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
