We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Housekeeping Supervisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all housekeeping operations run smoothly, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and organization. Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support. Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure standards are met. Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as needed. Address guest complaints and feedback to enhance service quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate service and maintenance needs.
Qualifications
Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
