Job Summary:


A Doha-based hospitality company is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and support staff management in a hotel environment. The role involves supervising housekeeping activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining supplies and cleanliness in guest and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning tasks Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards Assign duties and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff Report maintenance or repair needs to relevant departments Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and linens Assist with enforcing hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:



Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or related field At least 3 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel, with 1+ year in a supervisory role Familiarity with hotel software systems (Opera, IDS, or similar) Ability to lead a team and maintain quality standards Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus) Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Applicants must be located in Qatar with a transferable visa
