Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff and ensuring that all event spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will work closely with the event management team to ensure that all housekeeping needs are met before, during, and after each event.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff. Ensure all event spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Inspect event spaces to ensure standards are met and address any issues promptly. Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and protocols. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and checklists. Collaborate with the event management team to understand and meet event-specific housekeeping requirements. Address and resolve any housekeeping-related complaints or issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the event or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
