We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced
Housekeeping Supervisor
to oversee daily operations of our housekeeping department. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping staff activities.
Inspect rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and standards compliance.
Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing guidance.
Maintain housekeeping supplies and manage inventory.
Schedule shifts and assign tasks to staff effectively.
Address and resolve guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Report maintenance issues and follow up on resolutions.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous hospitality or hotel experience.
