Seeking a fantastic live-in housekeeping supervisor for a lovely, active family in El Ain, UAE. The family are open to either 5 or 6 days per week, from approximately 8am through to 7pm daily. Responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of 5 housekeepers, ensuring that the home is kept in pristine, organised condition and that all cleaning tasks are carried out to the highest of standards. The candidate will be responsible for regular one-to-one interactions with housekeeping team-members for scheduling, all training and monitoring, and effective implementation of the SOPs and different systems. The home is fully staffed so there will be regular interaction with the extended team and candidates must be effective communicators with the ability to connect with and lead different personalities. This is very much about motivating and inspiring the housekeeping team to be the very best they can, while ensuring that all daily, weekly, quarterly and annual tasks are completed to schedule. The ideal candidate displays impressive attention to detail, is extremely organised, and keeps one eye on the bigger picture while remaining focused on the day-to-day. Previous experience running events would be preferred, and a creative flair and can-do attitude would be appreciated. Candidates must be comfortable with pets in the home, should be able to fit seamlessly into the family dynamic, and must be prepared to travel domestically.
