Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assign duties to room attendants and other staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service corridors to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Check all checkout and occupied rooms to verify quality and readiness.
• Report maintenance defects and coordinate prompt resolution with the engineering team.
• Monitor service areas, store rooms, and ensure proper organization of supplies and equipment.
• Plan and oversee periodic deep cleaning projects and special housekeeping tasks.
• Manage stock control, track inventory levels, and ensure proper use of chemicals and materials.
• Train and guide housekeeping team members to deliver consistent and efficient service.
• Ensure all housekeeping procedures align with Accor brand standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain positive communication within the team and with other hotel departments.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure follow-up for guest satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of eco-friendly cleaning practices and sustainability initiatives.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Proven ability to lead and train a team effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations, safety, and cleaning procedures.
• Computer literacy in MS Office; experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus.
• Flexible and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about service excellence and guest satisfaction.
