Role Overview:
Ensure our luxurious villas and public spaces are spotless, welcoming, and maintained to the highest standards. You'll lead a dynamic team, manage daily operations, and uphold excellence in every detail.
What You'll Do:
Supervise villa cleaning and public area upkeep
Coordinate with laundry and room service for smooth operations
Inspect, report, and follow up on maintenance and safety issues
Train and support housekeeping staff
Maintain inventory, hygiene, and guest privacy
Ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
3+ years in housekeeping, ideally in a 5-star setting
Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus
Flexible, proactive, and calm under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiar with Micros, Adaco, Opera systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
