The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are consistently met across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping staff.
Ensure cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, offices, and other designated spaces.
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; report replenishment needs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and proper presentation.
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for repairs and operational support.
Handle guest or client complaints promptly and professionally.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision in hotels, resorts, or corporate facilities.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality standards.
Work Schedule:
Flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Project Manager / Area Supervisor
