Key Responsibilities:
Oversee housekeeping operations across multiple properties
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
Optimize the efficiency of our Housekeeping operation
Train and supervise housekeeping staff
Coordinate with operations for seamless turnovers
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory housekeeping role (Holiday Homes preferred)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong communication in English
Valid UAE driver's license (mandatory)
Flexible to work weekends and holidays
