Job Description
Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor - Tagalog Speaker Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Accommodation: Company-provided Maximum Salary: 3,200 AED Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Train and mentor housekeeping team members, providing guidance on cleaning techniques and standards.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards.
- Oversee the replenishment of guest amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely turnaround of guest rooms during peak periods.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Implement and enforce safety and hygiene protocols within the housekeeping department.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new housekeeping team members.
- Fluent in Tagalog, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Willingness to stay in company-provided accommodation.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
