Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor Location: Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-time : As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department. We are seeking a dedicated professional with excellent organizational and leadership skills to maintain a clean, welcoming, and orderly environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff is well-equipped to meet cleanliness standards.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Implement corrective actions to address any deficiencies and ensure quality assurance.
- Inventory and Supplies Management:
- Oversee the procurement and management of cleaning supplies, amenities, and equipment.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely replenishment.
- Guest Interaction:
- Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive guest experience by ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Shift Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate housekeeping staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Address any issues or challenges that may arise during shifts.
- Training and Development:
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to housekeeping staff.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the department.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping department.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Visa sponsorship provided by the company.
