Housekeeping Supervisor
We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Rixos Marina Hotel Abu Dhabi. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

What you will be doing:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
• Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and special requirements are met.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Implement and enforce safety and security procedures for the housekeeping department.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all staff members.

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping department.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
