Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff.
Monitor performance and provide guidance, training, and support.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate priorities and updates.
Operational Excellence
Ensure all rooms, offices, and public areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
Inspect work areas regularly to verify quality and adherence to standards.
Manage laundry services, linen inventory, and housekeeping supplies.
Guest & Client Service
Respond promptly to guest or client requests and complaints.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., front office, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain discretion and professionalism, especially in VIP or sensitive environments.
Administration & Reporting
Prepare duty rosters and schedules for housekeeping staff.
Maintain records of cleaning activities, supplies usage, and staff attendance.
Report maintenance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
Compliance & Safety
Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and equipment use.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
