Job Summary: As a housekeeping staff member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the holiday homes, public areas, and other facilities at zapbed and STR in Dubai. You will work under the supervision of the housekeeping supervisor and will be required to follow established cleaning procedures and schedules. Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize holiday homes, including changing bed linens, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets.
Clean and maintain public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators
Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained
Report any maintenance issues or damage to holiday home property to the housekeeping supervisor
Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior housekeeping experience in a holiday home or similar environment preferred
Ability to work independently and follow established cleaning procedures and schedules
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
