Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Sanitizing:
Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and sometimes hallways, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing furniture.Bed Making & Linen:
Change bed linens, replace towels, and ensure beds are made according to hotel standards.Restocking:
Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, tea, beverages, and snacks.Guest Service:
Respond to guest requests for extra pillows, towels, or other items promptly and courteously.Maintenance Reporting:
Identify and report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, burnt-out lightbulbs) to the relevant department.Security & Privacy:
Maintain guest privacy and security, and follow all hotel policies.Cart Management:
Prepare and stock housekeeping carts with necessary linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities.Typical Requirements:
Ability to work efficiently and follow established cleaning procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.

Pay: From KD320.000 per month
